Its been a busy month at the field with visits from TVAM (Thames Valley Advanced Motorcyclists) and Christchurch '41 Club (Ex Round Tabler's). On both occasions we set up a mini field archery course making use of the bank to shoot from.

Both evenings were very successful and are enjoyable and a good fund raiser for the club.

We received the following email from the 41 Club after the event:
Many thanks to you and your wife, and the other members of your Club for a really enjoyable evening. I knew that the Archers in my group had a good time, but it was not until we got to the Hare & Hounds that I realised that everyone had had a brilliant night of excitement, fun and competition. Your advice training and encouragement were great. The visit to the pub was the icing on the cake, and we were treated well, fed and watered. A superb evening was had by all, and I hope that we can persuade our Club to make this an annual event. Perhaps a challenge to another 'ex Round Tablers' Club'. Although the Pub was excellent, we could perhaps take advantage of your offer of providing substance, and enjoy getting to know you all better.
