Indoor shooting starts on Wednesday 8th October in New Milton Recreation Centre.
For those of you who've not shot indoors before, some tips:
Turn up in good time - we get the main hall at 8.00pm and need to get in and set up as quickly as possible to ensure that we finish by 10.00pm, so set up your own gear and then help with target set up too!
We shoot in leagues as you will see from the calendar, your inclusion in divisions one to five depend on your shooting handicap and scores through the recent months
YOU CAN WIN a trophy as winner in your division!!
You'll note that every third Wednesday, the evening is for practice and not league, this gives you the opportunity to do just that and not be forever chasing scores.
Finally - sometimes it's easy to forget to change your sites from outdoor to indoor! So change your site marks, it's really difficult to remove arrows from halfway up a wall!!
Cis is organising a skittles evening at the Rose & Crown, Brockenhurst on the 25th October. It's a 7:00pm start and we eat at 8:00pm.

We had a great day with lots of sunshine and very little wind. There was a good turnout as well with 36 archers shooting.
