The Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 31st MARCH 2008
at SWAY VILLAGE HALL – commencing at 7.30 pm.

The Club's traditional Chapati shoot, which is the last outdoor shoot of 2007 will be held on Sunday 30th December at the Club Grounds. Sighters at 10:00, so please arrive earlier to help set up the field.
The first Club field shoot of 2008! A tricky course of 2x20 animal face targets placed strategically to cause maximum humiliation. The shoot will be held on Sunday, 20th January 2008, and will be open to all Sway Bowmen and their archer friends (by invitation), but please let George or Steve know if you're intending to come as numbers are limited due to safety considerations.
Archers are to assemble at the Jubilee Fields Car Park, Sway for a walk-out to the woods and course set-up at 09:30 sharp. It is expected that the shoot will end by 16:00.
Warm clothing and footwear suitable for uneven ground and mud should be worn.
Remember to check this site for updates on the shoot in case adverse weather is forecast (particularly strong winds or thunderstorms).
