This years Mushroom Shoot went very well with another record number of archers shooting - 68 this year. The weather was hot and sunny in the morning but the wind picked up and the sky
turned grey in the afternoon.

It was good to catch up with the regular visitors and to meet some ones paying their first visit.

The Fun Shoot on Saturday went very well with perfect weather. Steve and the kids did a fantastic job producing some great targets.

As we were having a Tea Party afterwards, we asked
people to wear something beginning with a 'T' and there were some good ideas.
Hmm, Brian, was it 'T' for Tummy?

Stand on one leg to shoot this target.

It's definitely a pass through!

Do string cutters count high or low?

We had 32 archers shooting and at the end of the shoot we held a Tea Party with
all proceeds going to Oakhaven Hospice. In all we raised £121.70 so well done to everyone.
Oh and by the way, Martin Jones won the shoot after consulting the very complicated rules
for the event and applying the various handicaps and allowances! (I think Steve pulled the name out of a hat!!)
