Halloween/Samhain Shoot 2007

Details
Published: 20 October 2007
Come and join Sway Bowmen on Saturday 27th October to banish ghouls, ghosties and assorted gremlins from the Club's field at this most spooky time of year and ahead of the long winter nights. But beware, these targets are not for the fainthearted ... Shooting will be barebow styles only and attire appropriate for Halloween is recommended! The Shoot starts at 2:30 sharp and is expected to end with warming mulled "wine" and comforting nibbles at around 6:30 pm.

Remember to wear whites and greens on the league nights! Click here for a printable version To those of you who have not shot indoors before, league divisions are set prior to October, based on past outdoor performance. League evenings are shot as above with a practice night every third week. There is no fee for Senior Archers attending the Wednesday evening sessions as the cost has been incorporated into the club membership fee. There might be a small fee for Saturday evenings. Juniors who attend do so on the basis of a one off cost per attendance of £2.00 Details of the league positions and other club notices are normally given out at these Evening sessions, so apart from the shooting and socialising, these sessions are the best way of keeping up with what's s going on. Good Luck and good shooting.

Don't forget to change your sights !!
